Product Overview
The ZEMS1050 is an integrated molded inductor featuring a thin design with low DC resistance and ultra-high current capabilities. It offers magnetic shielding for strong anti-electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for high-density installations. This inductor is designed for high reliability and vibration resistance due to its integral construction, and it exhibits ultra-low buzz noise owing to its composite structure. It utilizes low-loss alloy powder for die-casting, resulting in low impedance and small parasitic capacitance, while achieving high efficiency with low winding DC resistance and core eddy-current loss. It operates at frequencies up to 3MHz and has an absolute maximum voltage of 30VDC, complying with RoHS, Halogen Free, and REACH standards.

Storage Methods
To maintain solderability and packaging integrity, use within 6 months of delivery. If stored for over 6 months, reconfirm solderability before use. Store in a warehouse with temperature: -10 to +40 and relative humidity: 30-70%RH. Avoid rapid temperature/humidity changes, chemical atmospheres (sulfurous acid gas, alkaline gas), bulk packaging, heat shock, vibration, and direct sunlight. Store on pallets to protect from humidity and dust.
