Product Overview

The ZEMS0850 series is an integral molding power inductor featuring a thin design with low RDC and ultra-high current capability. It offers magnetic shielding for strong anti-electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for high-density installations. Its composite structure provides high reliability, excellent vibration resistance, and ultra-low buzz noise. Designed with low-loss alloy powder, it boasts low impedance, small parasitic capacitance, high efficiency, and reduced winding and core eddy-current loss. It supports frequencies up to 3MHz and has an absolute maximum voltage of 30VDC, complying with RoHS, Halogen Free, and REACH standards.

Solderability: 90% or more of electrode area shall be coated by new solder. Dip pads in flux and dip in solder pot (96.5Sn/3.0Ag/0.5Cu) at 245 5 for (51) seconds.
Resistance to Soldering Heat: No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%. Dip pads in flux and dip in solder pot (96.5Sn/3.0Ag/0.5Cu) at 2605 for (101) seconds.
Low temperature storage: No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%. Store temperature -552 for total 1000hr.
High temperature storage: No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%. Store temperature 1252 for total 1000hr.
Static Humidity: No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%. Inductors shall be subjected to (933)%RH at 40 2 for 96 h2 h. Inductors are to be tested after having air dried for 2 hours.
Thermal shock: No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%. (-403 for (303) min (852) /(303) min, conversion time (2~3) min, cycle 5 times; Tested after 2 hours at room temperature.

Storage Methods

  • Storage Period: Use within 6 months from the time of delivery. Solderability shall be checked if storage exceeds 6 months.
  • Storage Conditions: Temperature: -10 ~ +40, Relative Humidity: 30~70%RH. Avoid rapid changes in temperature and humidity. Do not store in chemical atmosphere. Store on pallets. Avoid heat shock, vibration, and direct sunlight.
