Product Overview
The ZEMS0850 series are integral molded power inductors designed for high-density installation. They feature low DC resistance, ultra-high current capability, and magnetic shielding for strong anti-electromagnetic interference. These inductors offer high reliability, excellent vibration resistance, ultra-low buzz noise, and high efficiency due to their composite construction and low-loss alloy powder die-casting.

- Solderability: 90% or more of electrode area shall be coated by new solder. Dip in solder pot (96.5Sn/3.0Ag/0.5Cu) at 245 5 for (51) seconds.
- Resistance to Soldering Heat: No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%. Dip in solder pot (96.5Sn/3.0Ag/0.5Cu) at 2605 for (101) seconds.
- Low temperature storage: -552 for 1000 h. No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%.
- High temperature storage: 1252 for 1000 h. No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%.
- Static Humidity: 402, (933)%RH for 96 h2 h. Tested after 2 hours air drying. No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%.
- Thermal shock: (-403) for 30 min (852) for 30 min, 5 cycles. Tested after 2 hours air drying. No visible mechanical damage. Inductance change: Within 10%.
- Mechanical Shock: Inductors shall be Soldering on the PCB with 1.0mm thick and fixed them in a 15cm big.,1.4Kg weight cube with brass base, let it nature fallen form 0.5m height (X,Y,Z three axes). No evidence of terminal peel off and wire broken.
- Adhesion of terminal electrode: Strong bond between the pad and the core, without come off. Subjected to 260 5 for 20 s5 s Soldering in the base whit 0.3mm solder. Plus tax 10 N for 10 1s seconds.

Storage Methods
- Storage Period: Use within 6 months from delivery. Re-check solderability if stored over 6 months.
- Storage Conditions: Temperature: -10 ~ +40, Relative Humidity: 30~70%RH. Avoid rapid temperature/humidity changes, chemical atmosphere, bulk packaging, moisture, dust, heat shock, vibration, and direct sunlight. Store on pallets.
