| Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance | No mechanical and electrical defects after testing based on the reflow profile and keeping under room temperature and humidity for 2 hours. Twice reflow is acceptable with 1 hour interval. |
Notes:
1 The saturation current when the inductance decreases to 75% of initial value. (Ta=25)
2 The DC current at which the temperature rise is t=40, whichever is smaller (Ta20)
