Terminal Strength No terminal peel off or breakage after applying 5N force in X, Y, Z directions for 105 seconds on soldered terminals.

Dielectric Strength No dielectric breakdown at 100V D.C. for 1 minute between coil and core.
Temperature Characteristics Inductance coefficient (02,000)10/ (-25+85)
Humidity Characteristics Inductance deviation within 10% after 96 hours in 9095% RH at 402 and 1 hour drying under normal condition.
Thermal Shock Test Inductance deviation within 10% after 20 cycles of +105 for 30 minutes, -40 for 30 minutes, followed by 1 hour ambient exposure.
High Temperature Storage Test Inductance deviation within 10% after 96 hours at 1052, followed by 1 hour ambient exposure.
Low Temperature Storage Test Inductance deviation within 10% after 96 hours at -402, followed by 1 hour ambient exposure.
Recommended Reflow Conditions (Lead-free) Refer to graph in source document. (Peak Temp: 250C, Time above 180C: 40sec, Time above 250C: 10sec)
Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance No mechanical and electrical defects after testing based on the reflow profile and keeping under room temperature and humidity for 2 hours. Twice reflow is acceptable with 1 hour interval.

Notes:
1 The saturation current when the inductance decreases to 75% of initial value. (Ta=25)
2 The DC current at which the temperature rise is t=40, whichever is smaller (Ta20)
