Recommended Soldering Profile

Soldering Materials:

  • Solder: Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu
  • Flux: Rosin-based flux (avoid strongly acidic flux with chlorine exceeding 0.2 wt% and water-soluble flux).

Inspection Rules

Inspection per GB/T2828.1-2003. Examination Level: Appearance and dimensions, II, AQL=0.4; Electrical parameters (L0A, L30DC), S-4, AQL=0.15.

Customer to complete inspection and notify supplier in writing within one month of receipt; otherwise, considered approved.

Storage Methods

Storage Period: Use within 6 months from delivery to maintain solderability. Check solderability if stored over 6 months.

Storage Conditions:

  • Warehouse Temperature: -10 to +40
  • Relative Humidity: 30% to 70%RH
  • Avoid rapid changes in temperature and humidity.
  • Do not store in chemical atmospheres (e.g., sulfurous acid gas, alkaline gas).
  • Do not store in bulk packaging to prevent damage.
  • Store products on pallets to protect from humidity and dust.
  • Avoid heat shock, vibration, and direct sunlight.

Notes

  • Any revision to this specification requires confirmation from both parties.
