Wire Wound Common Mode Choke - YLM7060 Series
The YLM7060 Series is a wire wound common mode choke featuring SMD construction and a low profile. It offers high impedance, excellent frequency characteristics, self-electromagnetic shielding, and low magnetic flux leakage. This product is designed for applications such as LED lighting, TV games, and monitors, effectively suppressing EMI common-mode noise.

Reliability Testing
- Operating Temperature: -30 to +100 (Includes Heating coil)
- Appearance Inspection: No external defects by visual inspection.
- Terminal Strength: After soldering, terminals should withstand 10N (1.02kg) for 102 sec in X and Y directions without peeling off.
- Heat endurance of reflow soldering: Refer to figure.
- Insulating resistance: Over 100 M at 100V D.C. between wire and core.
- Dielectric Strength: Apply 0.5KV at 3mA for 1 minute between wire and core.
- Temperature characteristics: Inductance coefficient (0~2,000) 10 / (-30 ~ +100 ).
- Humidity characteristics: Inductance deviation within 10% after 96 hours in 90~95% relative humidity at 40 2 and 1 hour drying under normal condition.

Cover tape peel off condition
Cover tape peel force shall be 0.1N to 1.3N. Reference peel speed 30010mm/min.
