Cover tape peel off condition:

Cover tape peel force shall be 0.1N to 1.3N. Reference peel speed 30010mm/min.

Reminders for Using These Products:

• Storage period is within 12 months. Storage conditions: temperature 5~40C, humidity 35~65% RH or less.
• Do not use or store in locations with gas corrosion (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
• Avoid direct contact with electrodes by bare hands due to oil secretions that may inhibit soldering.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage from dropping or inappropriate removal.
• Do not bend terminals with excessive stress to avoid wire fracture.
• Do not rinse products; contact ZE if cleaning is necessary.
• Be sure to preheat components before soldering. The temperature difference between solder and chip temperature should not exceed 150C.
• Do not place the product near magnets or magnetic objects.
• Soldering corrections after mounting should be within specified conditions. Overheating may cause short circuits, performance deterioration, or lifespan shortening.
• Allow sufficient margin for thermal design due to self-heating when power is ON.
• For non-magnetic shielded types, carefully lay out the coil on the circuit board to prevent malfunctions due to magnetic interference.
• If ZE products are used in applications other than general electronic devices (e.g., automotive, medical, military, aerospace), inform ZE sales in advance. ZE is not liable for malfunctions caused by using products outside recommended conditions.
