Wire Wound Common Mode Choke - YLCM7060F Series
The YLCM7060F Series wire wound common mode choke is designed for effective EMI noise suppression. Featuring a surface-mount (SMD) construction with a low profile, these chokes offer high impedance and excellent frequency characteristics. They provide self-electromagnetic shielding and low magnetic flux leakage, making them suitable for applications requiring noise filtering without significant electromagnetic interference. The operating temperature range is -40 to +125.

Reliability Testing
- Operating Temperature: -40 to +125 (Includes Heating Coil)
- Appearance Inspection: No external defects by visual inspection.
- Terminal Strength: After soldering, terminals should not peel off when subjected to 10N (1.02kg) force in X and Y directions for 102 seconds.
- Heat Endurance of Reflow Soldering: Refer to figure.
- Insulating Resistance: Over 10 M at 80V DC between wire and core.
- Dielectric Strength: Apply 0.5KV at 1mA for 3S between wire and core.
- Temperature Characteristics: Inductance coefficient (0~2,000) 10/ (-40 ~ +125).
- Humidity Characteristics: Inductance deviation within 10% after 96 hours in 90~95% relative humidity at 402, and 1 hour drying under normal conditions.

Cover Tape Peel Off Condition
Cover tape peel force shall be 0.1N to 1.3N. Reference peel speed 30010mm/min.
