- Lead Strength: Leads withstand specified tensile force without breaking or loosening.
- Low Temperature Characteristics: Impedance ratio (Z2/Z1) at -40 is within specified limits.
- High Temperature Characteristics: Leakage current meets specified limits after exposure to +105 for 10 minutes with rated voltage applied.
- High Temperature Endurance: After 2000 hours at +105 with rated voltage applied, parameters remain within specified limits, and no electrolyte leakage or deformation occurs.
- High Temperature Storage: After 1000 hours at +105 , parameters remain within specified limits, and no electrolyte leakage or deformation occurs.
- Surge Voltage Test: Parameters remain within specified limits after 1000 cycles of surge voltage application, with no electrolyte leakage or deformation.
- Solvent Resistance: Markings remain clear, and the sleeve shows no adverse effects after exposure to specified solvents.
