Solder Reflow Temperature Condition:

  • Preheating: 145 15, max.120 sec.

Rework Temperature (hot air equipment): 350, 3~5 seconds

Resistance (Ro) Measured using 4-wire technique at 25. Resistance values within specified limits.
TCR Resistance measured at 25 and 125 using 4-wire method, then calculated using the formula: TCR = (Rb-Ra)/Ra 1/(Tb-Ta) 10^6. TCR values within specified limits.
Insulation Resistance (Ri) Measured using a high ohm meter. Insulation resistance between protective layer and resistive body > 100M.
