Bending Test Apply force to center of test board with chip resistor mounted. Downward depth: 0201/0402=5mm, 0603/0805=3mm, 1206+=2mm. Resistance change rate: 1: (1.0%+0.05). Appearance: No damage, no detachment, no fracture.
Resistance to Dry Heat 1000+48/-0 hrs in oven at 1555 (1253 for RTT01). Resistance change rate: 0.1%/0.5%/1%: (1.0%+0.05), 2%/5%: (2.0%+0.10). Appearance: No damage, short circuit, or burn.
Thermal Shock 300 cycles: -55 (15 min), +125 (15 min). Resistance change rate: 0.1%/0.5%/1%: (1.0%+0.05), 2%/5%: (2.0%+0.05). Appearance: No damage, short circuit, or burn.
