Test 2: Immerse in 260+5/-0 tin bath for 30 sec+1/-0, wash, observe solder coverage. Test 3: Soldering iron at 35010 for 3 sec on electrodes, rest 60 min, measure resistance change. Test 1 & 3: Resistance change: 1: (1.0%+0.05). Appearance: No electrode abnormality, no side conductor detachment. Test 2: Solder coverage >95%. No underlying material visible at electrode edge.
Bending Test Solder resistor to bending test board, apply downward force at center. Depth: 0201/0402=5mm, 0603/0805=3mm, 1206+=2mm. Resistance change: 1: (1.0%+0.05). Appearance: No damage, no side conductor detachment, no body fracture.
Resistance to Dry Heat 1000+48/-0 hrs at 1555 (1253 for RTT01), rest 1 hr, measure resistance change. Resistance change: 0.1%,0.5%,1%: (1.0%+0.05); 2%,5%: (2.0%+0.10). Appearance: No damage, short circuit, or burn.
Thermal Shock Cycle: -55 (15 min) to +125 (15 min), 300 cycles. Rest 60 min, measure resistance change. Resistance change: 0.1%,0.5%,1%: (1.0%+0.05); 2%,5%: (2.0%+0.05). Appearance: No damage, short circuit, or burn.
Moisture Load Life 402, 90-95% RH, 90 min ON, 30 min OFF, 1000 hrs. Rest 60 min, measure resistance change. Resistance change: 1%: (1.0%+0.05); 5%: (2.0%+0.10). Appearance: No damage, short circuit, or burn.
