The Vishay Dale WSBS8518...35 is a Power Metal Strip Shunt Resistor featuring sense pins and low Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR), down to < 10 ppm/C. It offers very low resistance values (100 , 500 , and 1000 ), a high power to resistor size ratio, and welded terminal to element construction. The proprietary processing technique and unique solid metal nickel-chrome alloy resistive element design contribute to its exceptional performance, including very low inductance (< 5 nH) and low thermal EMF (as low as < 1.25 V/C). This product is suitable for applications requiring precise current sensing and high power handling in a compact form factor.
