The Vishay Dale IHLP-2525EZ-01 series are high saturation commercial inductors designed for applications requiring high current handling and stable inductance over temperature. Featuring shielded construction, a frequency range below 1.0 MHz, and ultra-low buzz noise, these inductors offer the lowest DCR/H in their package size. Their powdered iron composition ensures soft saturation, enabling them to handle high transient current spikes without saturation, and maintaining stable inductance across varying temperatures. Ideal for notebook, desktop, server applications, high current POL converters, low profile high current power supplies, and DC/DC converters in distributed power systems, including those for FPGAs.

Notes
- All test data is referenced to 25 C ambient.
- Operating temperature range: -55 C to +125 C.
- The part temperature (ambient + temp. rise) should not exceed 125 C under worst-case operating conditions. Circuit design, component placement, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow, and other cooling provisions all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the end application.
- Rated operating voltage (across inductor) = 75 V.
- (1) DC current (A) that will cause an approximate T of 40 C.
