Vishay Dale IHLP-2525CZ-5A Automotive Inductors

The Vishay Dale IHLP-2525CZ-5A series offers high-temperature automotive inductors designed for demanding applications. These shielded construction inductors provide excellent DC/DC energy storage up to 2 MHz and are suitable for filter inductor applications up to their SRF. They can handle high transient current spikes without saturation and feature ultra-low buzz noise due to their composite construction. These inductors are AEC-Q200 qualified and operate reliably in temperatures up to 155 C.

  • Operating temperature range -55 C to +155 C.
  • The part temperature (ambient + temp. rise) should not exceed 155 C under worst-case operating conditions. Circuit design, component placement, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow and other cooling provisions all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the end application.
  • Rated operating voltage (across inductor) = 75 V.
  • (1) DC current (A) that will cause an approximate T of 40 C.
