Product Overview
Vishay Sprague's 293D series offers TANTAMOUNT, molded case, standard industrial grade solid tantalum surface mount chip capacitors. Designed for high volume automatic pick and place equipment, these capacitors are compatible with EIA-535-BAAC mechanical and performance requirements and are qualified to EIA-717. They feature a wide operating temperature range and are available in multiple capacitance values, tolerances, and voltage ratings, making them suitable for industrial, telecom infrastructure, and general-purpose applications.
