Vishay Dale WSBS8518 Power Metal Strip Shunt Resistor
The Vishay Dale WSBS8518 is a high-performance Power Metal Strip shunt resistor designed for applications requiring precise current sensing. It features a high power-to-resistor size ratio, proprietary processing for extremely low resistance values (down to 100 ), and a welded terminal to element construction. The solid metal nickel-chrome alloy resistive element offers a low TCR (down to < 10 ppm/C), very low inductance (< 5 nH), and low thermal EMF (< 1.25 V/C). This makes it ideal for demanding applications where accuracy and stability are critical.
