Vishay BCcomponents 056/057 PSM-SI Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

The 056/057 PSM-SI series are polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a non-solid electrolyte, designed for general-purpose, industrial, and audio/video systems. These power standard miniature snap-in capacitors offer a long useful life of 12,000 hours at 85 C, low ESR, high ripple current capability, and minimized dimensions with a cylindrical aluminum case insulated with a blue sleeve. They are charge and discharge proof, featuring a pressure relief on the top of the aluminum case. Applications include smoothing and filtering, standard and switched mode power supplies, and energy storage in pulse systems. A keyed polarity version is available.
