Product Overview
The Vishay Sprague 298D and 298W are Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors designed for medical grade applications. They offer an extended range of capacitance and feature lead (Pb)-free L-shaped face-down terminations. Available in small sizes including 0603 and 0402 footprints, these capacitors are suitable for surface mount applications and come in 8 mm tape and reel packaging.
