Product Overview
Vishay BCcomponents 150 CRZ series are polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a non-solid electrolyte, designed for SMD (chip) applications. These capacitors feature a self-healing mechanism and a base plate for SMD mounting, making them lead (Pb)-free reflow solderable. They offer very low impedance, high ripple current capability, and are charge and discharge proof without peak current limitation. The series is suitable for advanced high-temperature reflow soldering according to JEDEC J-STD-020 and is vibration-proof in 4-pin and 6-pin versions. They are AEC-Q200 qualified, providing high reliability and low ESR.
