Product Overview
The Vishay IHLE-3232DD-5A is a high-current inductor featuring an integrated E-Field shield for maximum EMI reduction. It is designed for high-temperature applications up to 155 C and offers excellent DC/DC energy storage up to 1 MHz to 2 MHz, as well as filter inductor applications up to the SRF. The integrated shield eliminates the need for separate shielding, providing 20 dB E-Field reduction. This inductor boasts the lowest DCR/H in its package size, handles high transient current spikes without saturation, and features coplanarity of the 4 terminals 100 m. It is AEC-Q200 qualified and protected by Vishay patents.

Notes
- All test data is referenced to 25 C ambient.
- Operating temperature range: -55 C to +155 C.
- The part temperature (ambient + temp. rise) should not exceed 155 C under worst-case operating conditions.
- Rated operating voltage, across inductor (V1) = 50 V.
- Rated isolation voltage, inductor lead to shield (V2) = 50 V.
- (1) DC current (A) that will cause an approximate T of 40 C.
- (2) DC current (A) that will cause L0 to drop approximately 20 %.
- Maximum E-Field reduction is realized when the IHLE shield is connected to ground.
