IHLP Commercial Inductors, High Saturation Series
The Vishay Dale IHLP-2525EZ-01 is a series of commercial inductors designed for high saturation applications. These inductors feature shielded construction, a frequency range below 1.0 MHz, and the lowest DCR/H in their package size. The powdered iron composition provides soft saturation, allowing the inductors to handle high transient current spikes without saturation. Inductance and saturation are extremely stable over temperature, and the composite construction results in ultra-low buzz noise. This IHLP design is protected by patents.

Notes
- All test data is referenced to 25 C ambient
- Operating temperature range -55 C to +125 C
- The part temperature (ambient + temp. rise) should not exceed 125 C under worst case operating conditions. Circuit design, component placement, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow and other cooling provisions all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the end application.
