Product Overview
Vishay Sprague's 593D TANTAMOUNT Solid Tantalum Surface Mount Chip Capacitors feature a molded case and low ESR, making them suitable for high ripple current applications. These capacitors are compatible with automatic pick and place equipment and meet EIA-717 qualifications. Note that new capacitor ratings are no longer added to the 593D series, with newer ratings available in the TR3 series for switch mode power supplies and DC/DC converters.
