Product Overview
The Vishay Sprague 593D series offers TANTAMOUNT Solid Tantalum Surface Mount Chip Capacitors with a molded case and low ESR. These capacitors are designed for high ripple current carrying capability and are compatible with automatic pick and place equipment. They are qualified to EIA-717 and meet EIA-535-BAAC mechanical and performance requirements. Note that effective September 2005, new capacitor ratings are not added to the 593D series; the TR3 series is recommended for new ratings and state-of-the-art low ESR applications.
