Product Overview
Vishay BCcomponents 150 CRZ series are polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a non-solid electrolyte and self-healing properties. Designed for SMD technology, these capacitors feature a base plate and are lead (Pb)-free reflow solderable. They offer very low impedance, very high ripple current capability, and are charge and discharge proof. Suitable for advanced high-temperature reflow soldering, they are also vibration-proof in 4-pin and 6-pin versions and AEC-Q200 qualified. These capacitors provide extended useful life, high reliability, and low ESR, making them ideal for industrial, professional, automotive, and telecom applications, particularly for smoothing, filtering, and buffering.
