Vishay Vitramon HV High Voltage Series Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors
The Vishay Vitramon HV High Voltage Series offers surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors designed for high voltage applications. These capacitors feature high voltage breakdown, high reliability serial electrode design, and excellent reliability and thermal shock performance. Options for polymer termination are available for intensive board flex requirements. They are suitable for use as input/output filters, snubber capacitors to reduce MOSFET voltage spikes, and filtering for switching power supplies.
