Vishay BC components VY1 Series EMI Suppression Safety Capacitor

The VY1 Series is a range of single-layer AC disc safety capacitors designed for EMI/RFI suppression and filtering applications. These capacitors offer high reliability and are compliant with IEC 60384-14 standards. They are suitable for line-to-line and line-to-ground filtering, primary and secondary coupling in SMPS, and general EMI/RFI suppression. Available with vertical (inline) kinked or straight leads, they feature a flame-retardant epoxy resin coating in accordance with UL 94 V-0.
