Notes:
- 0 resistance range is 50m.
- For high reliability requirements, avoid ultra-high resistance values. Consider MG High Voltage Surge Resistors or CHIP Resistors for such applications.
- For low and ultra-low resistance applications where temperature coefficient or current capability is critical, consider KN Wire Wound Resistors.
- Precision metal film resistors have thinner film layers compared to other thin-film resistors of the same size and resistance, making them less resistant to pulses. Avoid high resistance products in high pulse or continuous pulse circuits.
- Due to the conductive composition, metal components can oxidize at high temperatures. For high-power products, pay attention to surface temperature rise and surrounding heat dissipation. Avoid using adhesives for fixing or potting on the resistor surface, as they can impair heat dissipation and may cause electrochemical reactions leading to failure.
- Special requirements such as non-flammable coating or solvent-resistant color codes should be specified at the time of order.
- For vertical use, lead wire length at the root is 1.5mm; this is not considered for horizontal use.
