Structure
- Ceramic Rod: Forsterite imported.
- Terminal: Firmly connected, electrically and mechanically, allows easy soldering.
- Coating: Light blue flameproof paint (1W, 2W), Light green epoxy paint (1/4W, 1/2W). Resistant to cleaning and industrial solvents. Paint limited within 2mm of lead wires from resistor body.
Electrical Performance
- Resistance Temperature Coefficient: Within 200ppm/.
- Temperature Cycle: Resistance value change rate within 0.5% after 5 cycles of -65 to 175.
- Short Time Over Load: Resistance value change rate within 1% after 2.5x rated voltage for 5 seconds.
- Insulation Character: Over 1000M using DC 100V megger.
- Voltage Withstanding: No physical damage (arc, char) when applying AC 350V for one minute.
- Load Life: Resistance value change rate within 3% after 1000 hours at 70 with rated voltage.
- Moisture-proof Load Life: Resistance value change rate within 3% after 500 hours at 40/90-95% RH with rated power. No remarkable change on appearance, marking legible.
- Solder-ability: More than 95% of lead wire circumference covered with solder after dipping in 2355 solder for 2 seconds.
- Resistance to Soldering Heat: Resistance value change rate within 1% after soldering heat tests (2705 for 101 sec or 35010 for 3.50.5 sec).
- Nonflammability (1W, 2W): No flame when applied 16 times rated wattage for 5 min.
- Pulse Loading Capability: In accordance with IEC 60065 chapter 14.2a; 50 discharges from a 1 nF capacitor charged to Vmax; 12 discharges/minute (drift R/R2%).
