Unless otherwise specified, the standard range of atmospheric conditions for making measurements and tests are as follows: Ambient temperature: 252C, Relative humidity: 655%.

- Surge Voltage Test:
- [Conditions]: Apply the surge voltage listed in Table 3, charge for 305 seconds, discharge for 3305 seconds as a cycle, a total of 1000 cycles. Test temperature: 15~35. Capacitors shall be stored under standard atmospheric conditions to obtain thermal stability, after which measurements shall be made.
- [Criteria]: Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value. Dissipation Factor: Not more than the 200% specified value in table 1. Leakage Current: To satisfy No. 4.1.4.

- [Conditions]: At Room temperature, apply fixed gravity to the capacitor leads (as shown in the table below), then bend the body through 90 degrees to return to its original position. Next, at the same speed, bend it in the opposite direction to 90 degrees and return to its original position again. The above process is completed in 5 seconds.

- Force (N): 5 (0.51kg), 5 (0.51kg), 10 (1.02kg), 10 (1.02kg), 20 (2.04kg)
- [Criteria]: When the capacitor is measured, there shall be no intermittent contacts, or open or short-circuiting. There shall be no such mechanical damage.
- Vibration:
- [Conditions]: Direction and duration of vibration: 3 orthogonal directions mutually each for 2h, total 6h. Vibration Frequency Range: 10-55Hz. Peak to peak amplitude: 1.5mm. Sweep rate: 10 to 55 to 10Hz in about 1 min.
- [Criteria]: When the capacitor is measured, there shall be no intermittent contacts, or open or short-circuiting. There shall be no such mechanical damage.
- Solder ability Test:
- [Conditions]: Temperature of solder: 2455C. Dipping time: 20.5 s.
- [Criteria]: At least 90% of circumferential surface of the dipping portion of termination shall be covered with new solder.
Durability Test
- Load Life Test:
- [Conditions]: Test temperature: 1052C, Application of the rated voltage and rated ripple current. Test time: 5-6.3 (3000H); 8-10 (5000H); 13 (6000H)
- [Criteria]: Capacitance Change: Within 25% (16V~100V) or 30% (6.3V~10V) of initial value.
