Product Overview

The Skyworks Solutions Si549 Ultra Series Crystal Oscillator is an I2C programmable clock generator utilizing advanced 4th generation DSPLL technology. It delivers ultra-low jitter (95 fs Typ RMS) and low phase noise clock signals across a wide frequency range of 0.2 to 1500 MHz with <1 ppb resolution. This oscillator is ideal for applications requiring precise and stable clocking, including high-speed networking (100G/200G/400G OTN, coherent optics, PAM4, 10G/40G/100G optical ethernet), broadcast video (3G-SDI/12G-SDI/24G-SDI), servers, switches, storage, search acceleration, test and measurement, and FPGA/ASIC clocking. Its on-chip power supply filtering provides excellent power supply noise rejection, simplifying integration into noisy systems. The Si549 offers a simplified supply chain with custom frequency samples available in 1-2 weeks.
