The Skyworks Si500D is a quartz-free, MEMS-free, and PLL-free all-silicon oscillator designed to deliver reliable and stable clocking solutions. It offers a wide frequency range from 0.9 to 200 MHz with excellent temperature stability (20 ppm) and low jitter (<1.5 ps rms). The Si500D provides high immunity to shock and vibration, ensuring robust operation in demanding environments. It is footprint compatible with industry-standard 3.2 x 5.0 mm XOs and is available in various output formats including CMOS, SSTL, LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL.
