Skyworks Si500S Single-Ended Output Silicon Oscillator
The Skyworks Si500S is a quartz-free, MEMS-free, and PLL-free all-silicon oscillator designed to provide highly reliable and stable clock generation across a wide frequency range. Offering any output frequencies from 0.9 to 200 MHz, it delivers excellent temperature stability (20 ppm) and low jitter (<1.5 ps rms). Its robust design ensures high immunity to shock and vibration, making it suitable for demanding applications. The Si500S is footprint compatible with industry-standard 3.2 x 5.0 mm XOs and is available in CMOS and SSTL versions, with options for 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V supply voltages. Features such as driver stopped, tri-state, or powerdown operation, along with short lead times and RoHS compliance, enhance its versatility and ease of integration. The Si500S offers a more than 10x better fit rate than competing crystal solutions.
