Skyworks Si545 Ultra Series Crystal Oscillator
The Skyworks Si545 Ultra Series oscillator leverages advanced 4th generation DSPLL technology to deliver an ultra-low jitter, low phase noise clock across any output frequency from 0.2 to 1500 MHz with <1 ppb resolution. It maintains exceptionally low jitter for both integer and fractional frequencies and offers excellent reliability, frequency stability, and guaranteed aging performance. The integrated on-chip power supply filtering provides superior power supply noise rejection, simplifying the generation of low jitter clocks in noisy systems. The Si545 is factory-programmed to user specifications, including frequency, output format, and OE pin location/polarity, enabling custom frequency samples with 1-2 week lead times. This approach utilizes a single crystal and DSPLL IC, eliminating the need for multiple crystals per frequency and ensuring 100% electrical testing of every device.
