Product Overview
The Skyworks Si500S is a single-ended output silicon oscillator designed to replace traditional quartz, MEMS, and PLL-based solutions. It offers a wide frequency range from 0.9 to 200 MHz with excellent temperature stability and low jitter (<1.5 ps rms). This robust oscillator provides reliable startup and operation, high immunity to shock and vibration, and is footprint compatible with industry-standard 3.2 x 5.0 mm XOs. Available in CMOS and SSTL versions with multiple voltage options (1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V), the Si500S is suitable for applications requiring short lead times and high performance.
