- Shelf Life Test: 1052, no voltage applied for 1000-0 +48h, then resumed 16 hours. Criteria: Capacitance change within 25% of initial value. DF not more than 200% of initial value. Leakage current not more than 200% of initial value. No abnormality in appearance.
- Solder-Heat-Resistance: Solder temp 2605, dipping time 101s on 1.6mm PCB. Criteria: Capacitance change within 10% of initial value. DF not more than initial value. Leakage current satisfies 4.1.4. No abnormality in appearance.
