Test Circuit Description
Control Input (Output Enable/Disable):
- Logic 1 or open on Pad 1: Oscillator output enabled.
- Logic 0 on Pad 1: Output disabled to high impedance.
Waveform Conditions
Waveform measurement system should have a minimum bandwidth of 5 times the frequency being tested.
Output Enable/Disable Delay
The device timing during normal operation is illustrated. When the device is in standby, the oscillator stops. Upon release from standby, the oscillator starts, and a stable output occurs after a short delay.
