It is factory-programmed to any frequency between 0.2 MHz and 1500 MHz with <1 ppb resolution, maintaining exceptional jitter performance across its operating range for both integer and fractional frequencies. The Si540 offers high reliability, frequency stability, and guaranteed aging performance. Its on-chip power supply filtering provides superior power supply noise rejection, simplifying integration into noisy systems. Available in industry-standard footprints, the Si540 utilizes a single crystal and a DSPLL IC-based approach, simplifying the supply chain and enabling custom frequency samples within 1-2 weeks of order.
