Skyworks Si500D Differential Output Silicon Oscillator
The Skyworks Si500D is a quartz-free, MEMS-free, and PLL-free all-silicon oscillator designed to provide reliable and stable clock generation. It offers a wide range of output frequencies from 0.9 to 200 MHz with excellent temperature stability and high immunity to shock and vibration. The Si500D is footprint compatible with industry-standard 3.2 x 5.0 mm XOs and is available in various output formats including CMOS, SSTL, LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL. It supports multiple supply voltage options (1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V) and features low power consumption, short lead times, and highly reliable startup and operation. Its compact 3.2 x 4.0 mm SMD package and RoHS compliance make it suitable for a variety of electronic applications.
