Notes and Precautions
- Avoid using ultrasonic cleaning machines for tuning fork products as it may cause resonance and damage the device. If necessary, check functionality before and after cleaning.
- Avoid ultrasonic welding for mounting and processing, as it can cause excessive vibration, leading to characteristic deterioration or failure to oscillate.
- Manual soldering: Apply a soldering iron at 400C to the terminal electrode for four seconds (twice).
