Shelf Life
Capacitance change 20% of the initial value, Tan 200% of the initial specified value, Leakage current 500% of the initial specified value after 1,000 hours at 105 without voltage applied.
Leakage Current Formula
I = 0.1CV + 40 (after 1 minute), I = 0.03CV + 15 (after 5 minutes) for CV 1000;
I = 0.04CV + 100 (after 1 minute), I = 0.02CV + 25 (after 5 minutes) for CV > 1000.
Rated Ripple Current Multipliers
Frequency multipliers are provided for various frequencies (120Hz to 100kHz) to adjust the rated ripple current.
