APLR1000 Non-Inductive High Energy Anti-Pulse Resistor
The APLR1000 is a high-energy, non-inductive anti-pulse resistor designed for demanding applications. It offers superior anti-pulse capability, low TCR, strong moisture resistance, and good long-term stability, overcoming the limitations of traditional wire-wound and solid ceramic resistors. This series is ideal for sustainable high-end manufacturing in sectors such as automotive electronics, precision power supplies, medical equipment, and high-voltage power supplies.

Marking
- Line 1 (4 digits): Brand (RESI)
- Line 2 (15 digits): Part Number (e.g., APLR1000K50R0SE)
- Line 3 (4 digits): Date Code (e.g., 2401)
Installation and Storage
- Installation: Resistor should be installed horizontally between two land patterns. Maintain a gap of 2.6mm between the resistor and the PCB due to high voltage conditions. Marking should face upwards.
- Lead Bending Radius: Minimum inner bending radius depends on lead diameter (R 2x Lead Diameter for D < 1.7mm, R 2.6x Lead Diameter for 1.7mm~2.3mm, R 3x Lead Diameter for D > 2.3mm).
- Storage: Temperature 5 to 45, humidity 70% RH. Store in a clean, dry environment, protected from direct sunlight. Resistors can be stored for at least 1 year under these conditions.
- Transformer Oil: APLR1000 can be packaged and used in transformer oil.
Packaging
- Inner Packaging: Anti-static bag (261mm*241mm) with vacuum sealing.
- Outer Packaging: Cardboard box (361mm*311mm*81mm) containing 5 vacuumed anti-static bags, with bubble wrap to secure products (210 pcs./box).
