Recommended Reflow Soldering Profile
1. Solder: Sn96.5 / Ag3 / Cu0.5
2. Peak Temperature: 240~260, 10 sec
3. Pre-heating Zone: 150 to 200 , 9030 sec
4. Soldering Zone: 230 or higher, 3010 sec
Care Note
1. Storage: Store in a controlled environment (temperature 535, relative humidity 4575% RH). Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, dust, and harmful gases. Storage life: 1 year.
2. Handling: Avoid exceeding rated power. Handle with care to prevent damage. Do not touch the product with a soldering tip during manual installation.
