Care Note for Storage

  • Storage conditions: Temperature 535, Relative Humidity 4575% RH. Keep humidity as low as possible.
  • Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
  • Do not store in humid, dusty environments or in the presence of harmful gases (Hydrogen chloride, sulfurous acid gas, Hydrogen sulfide).
  • Storage life: 1 year.

Care Note for Operating and Handling

  • Avoid exceeding the normal rated power, as it may negatively affect product performance and reliability.
  • Be careful when picking up the product with tweezers to avoid damaging the protective layer or resistance body.
  • Do not touch the product with the soldering tip during manual installation.

Recommended Reflow Soldering Profile

  • Peak Temperature: 240~260, 10 sec
  • Pre-heating Zone: 150 to 200 , 9030 sec
  • Soldering Zone: 230 or higher, 3010 sec
