The HVLR series of precision non-inductive high-voltage resistors are manufactured using thick film technology and proprietary electronic pastes from Kaipu Electronics. Mounted on an alumina ceramic rod, these resistors are produced through a precise manufacturing process from screen printing to final testing. They offer excellent performance within a temperature range of -25 to +125, with temperature coefficients as low as 100ppm/ and a high precision of up to 0.1%. The voltage coefficient is a key parameter, typically around 0.01ppm/V, achieved through advanced material formulation and manufacturing processes. Each resistor undergoes 100% high-voltage testing to ensure reliability under demanding conditions.
