The HVLR series of precision non-inductive high-voltage resistors are manufactured using thick film technology and proprietary electronic pastes from KaiBu Electronics. Mounted on an alumina ceramic rod, these resistors are produced through a precise manufacturing process from screen printing to final testing. They offer a temperature coefficient within 100ppm/ in the range of -25 to +125 and a maximum accuracy of 0.1%. The voltage coefficient is typically as low as 0.01ppm/V, a critical parameter for high-voltage resistors, achieved through advanced electronic paste formulation and manufacturing processes. Each resistor undergoes 100% high-voltage testing to ensure performance under high-voltage conditions. KaiBu Electronics maintains full control over core materials and processes, ensuring stable quality and timely delivery.
