The ARCS series shunt resistors are designed for high-current applications in the automotive market, capable of handling hundreds to thousands of amperes. Utilizing special alloy materials, these resistors offer excellent long-term stability and can withstand pulse currents significantly higher than their rated current. Key features include low current coefficient for precise measurement even under dynamic thermal conditions, minimal thermal EMF (<0.5V/ to copper) for accurate voltage output, and low inductance (<3nH) for high-frequency performance. The special heat treatment process ensures good compensation characteristics.
