Mounting Suggestions

For TO-220 package resistors, apply thermal grease or a thermal pad between the resistor flange and the heatsink. Use screws with spring washers for secure connection. Recommended mounting torque is <1.8N·m. For full power applications, water or oil cooling is recommended to maintain flange temperature ≤130°C.

Packaging Dimensions

Products are packed in tubes (50PCS/tube), sealed with tape, bundled (30 tubes/bundle), and placed in an outer box (approx. 560*110*96mm).
