Usage Environment Precautions
This product is for general electronic applications. RALEC is not responsible for any damage, cost, or loss resulting from the use of this product in special environments. For other applications, please confirm with RALEC for suitability. If using in special environments (high temperature/humidity, corrosive gases, unverified liquids, unverified sealing materials, etc.), product characteristics and reliability must be individually approved. Cleaning after soldering is recommended, even for no-clean flux.
Transient Overload Precautions
This product may lose functionality due to transient overload. Be mindful of manufacturing processes and storage to avoid applying transient currents exceeding product specifications.
Handling and Processing Precautions
- Ensure resistor edges and protective layers are free from mechanical stress damage during operation.
- Handle printed circuit boards (PCBs) carefully when separating or fixing them to support structures, as PCB bending can cause mechanical stress on resistors.
- Resistors must be used within their rated power range. Exceeding rated power may cause machine damage due to temperature rise.
- If resistors are expected to receive significant load (pulse) impacts, set up the operating environment before use.
- Evaluate and confirm the product in your company's actual mounting state, consider fail-safe design, and ensure system safety.
Storage and Handling Conditions
- Storage environment: 255, 6015% RH. Valid for two years.
- Avoid harsh environments such as sea breeze, corrosive gases (Cl2, H2S, NH3, SO2, NO2), direct sunlight, and condensation.
- Ensure correct box orientation during transport and storage. Do not drop or squeeze the box to prevent damage to electrodes or the body.
