TPAN1331 Flat Non-Inductive Power Resistor
The TPAN1331 series is a high-power molded power resistor, also known as a TO-247 package power resistor. It is designed for applications requiring high power dissipation and excellent thermal performance. The TO-247 package is a common through-hole form factor for power transistors, integrated circuits, and power resistors. This series features a rated power of 61W and a heatsink flange design to enhance thermal channels and balance circuit thermal characteristics, providing superior heat dissipation. It is commonly used for current detection, energy absorption and dissipation, RC absorption, high-speed switching, and high-frequency transmitter circuits.
